New Office Düsseldorf (NOD)

Project Details

OBRKSSL located in the Oberkassel district is currently the
largest office development in Düsseldorf with six floors and
35,000 m² in floor area. The building adapts to the curvature
of the avenue with rounded corners including curved window
panes and a unique textural brick surface.

The building has achieved Gold certification by DGNB for
its sustainability and environmental impact, including indoor
air quality and performance, assisted by the contribution of a
smart shading system incorporating blinds, digital motors and
BUSbar connection.

Solar controlled automated shading will help to maintain
regulated interior room conditions, improving the energy
efficiency for the building, and providing a comfortable
working environment for occupants.
